Can I return an order?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return items you bought from us, no questions asked. Please contact us to inform us of your intentions.

Who pays for the shipping?
If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged or it does not function properly, please contact us. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage.

However, if it's because you changed your mind and no longer seem to like what you ordered, then we kindly ask you to bear the costs.

When should I send the product back?
You should send it back within 14 days of your return claim. Please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and inform us of your intentions.

How and when will I get my money back?
Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and a refund will be issued to the same method of payment made for the purchase.

How do I cancel an order?
Just like returning a product, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us. If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.
