You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Simply Green Baby reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion, at any time, for any reason.


All prices are in Canadian dollars.


The tax rate(s) that apply to your purchase will be based on the current rate(s) in your home province/shipping address.


We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Payment must be made in-full prior to shipment of your orders.


Coupons and discounts may only be applied to regular-priced items. Coupons and discounts may not be combined with other sales and/or promotions unless stated otherwise.

Order Status/ Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging into My Account.

Hassle Free Return + Exchange

If you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, we are happy to offer a 14-day hassle free return on most items with no restocking fees. Sale and clearance items are final sale - no refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Returns received after 14 days can only be exchanged for store credit. Please note, all returns must be pre-authorized.

We are unable to accept requests for return or exchange 60 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, furniture, strollers, rugs, custom-made and made-to-order items, bottles, bath and body items (including soaps, shampoos, body lotions and hair brushes) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

All returned items must be unused and unassembled, in original condition and in the original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and blank warranty cards. Clothing items must not have been worn, altered or washed, and all tags must be attached.

If any item is on backorder, we will promptly notify you.

Gift Wrapping

We are pleased to gift wrap your purchases for free. If you would like to have your purchase gift wrapped and/or shipped with a free gift message, please enter message at checkout. Gift wrap may not be available for all items.

Order Cancellation/Change

You have within 24 hours to cancel or change your order. Please submit your request promptly via email If we receive your request for cancellation or change after the order(s) have been processed and shipped, you may have to return the item(s) after you receive it.


All products are covered by the warranty policies of the their respective manufacturers. If you have questions about the warranty for a specific product, or if you have questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact us.

Damaged/Defective Products

Please contact us promptly within 2 days of receipt of your shipment if your purchase arrives damaged or defective. We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
