Buying Green products is a great way to help protect the environment and reduce landfill expansion. In most cases, these products will be recycled and then reused again. Green products are made without the use of harsh chemicals. You can be sure these products are safe for your children.

What is better about organic products?

Organic refers to the way agricultural products—food and fiber—are grown and processed. Certified organic products have been grown and handled according to strict standards without toxic and persistent chemical inputs, according to the Organic Trade Association.

The skin of babies and children is more porous and thinner than adult skin as stated on Johnson and Johnson’s website. This means their skin is less resistant to bacteria and harmful substances in the environment. Organic clothing or products that are in close contact with the child’s skin, such as bedding, can help to cut down on their exposure to toxins.

In addition, Organic clothing is known to last much longer than conventional clothing because of the gentler, natural manufacturing process that does not use toxic chemicals, bleaches and dyes which breakdown the fibers.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

You cannot purchase a Gift Card online. However, you can purchase an eGift Certificate by clicking HERE. The eGift Certificate can be redeemed at the online store with no expiration date.

Gift Cards can be purchased in-store or through phone orders, and can be used either online or for in-store purchases.

What is an eGift Card/Certificate?

An eGift Card is an Electronic Gift Card. It is created online and sent immediately via email to the purchaser. You can forward the email to the recipient. It works the same way as a paper Gift Card but it’s paperless. One more way to reduce waste.

Green Reward Points

What are green reward points?

Green Rewards Points are available to all registered customers. Registration is free. You must have an active account for the points to accumulate. Customers can earn points for every dollar spent at our store (either online or in-store). Green Rewards Points can be applied toward future purchases.

What is a Wishlist?

A Wishlist is a great way to keep organized by saving items in your account as you view our website. You can add the items from the Wishlist to your shopping cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Can I use more than 1 credit card for payment?

Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we are unable to accept multiple credit card payments for online orders. We suggest you separate your purchase into two or more orders or use our Green Gift Card(s).

Can I order over the phone?

We are happy to accept phone orders, please call us at 905-582-9687 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) from Tuesday to Sunday.

What happens after I place my order online?

After your order is placed, you will immediately receive an email of your order. You will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been processed and is ready for shipping. Your order will then be processed for shipment and you will receive tracking information as well. You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into our website and logging into your account.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping only applies to non-furniture items that are in stock and shipped within Canada. Please refer to our free shipping terms and conditions.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we ship to the continental US and other international destinations. However, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.

Can I have my order expedited?

Only items in stock can be expedited. Custom order pieces or items shipping directly from the manufacturers cannot be expedited. If you have certain items you wish to have expedited, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How will my order be shipped?

For all, in-stock items, UPS, Canpar, FedEx, CIS or Canada Post will be the primary carrier. For items that ship directly from the manufacturer, it will be the freight carrier selected by the manufacturer. Please look at the shipping info on the product description page for more information.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer a 14-day hassle free return on most items with no restocking fees. Most merchandise purchased from may be returned or exchanged for store credit or a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery.

What do I do if the item arrives damaged?

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping of returned items. However, we will cover the return shipping charges for items that arrived damaged or defected.
