Shipping policy

Shipping from Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

We make every effort to process your order within 24-48 hours during regular business hours; however, orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

All in-stock items are shipped from our Oakville location. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the estimated arrival date. If, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

Shipping within Canada

We offer Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $98. Free shipping applies to all non-furniture and small package items with Canadian postal addresses only. Free shipping does not apply to remote Addresses. For shipping to remote addresses within Canada (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut), please see carrier rates at checkout.

The Free Shipping threshold may change during special sales or promotions. Cancellations or changes to your order may affect its eligibility for Free Shipping. Free Shipping applies only to in-stock items. Free Shipping offer is subject to change without notice.

For orders under $98, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on Canada Post standard rates.

Temporary Suspension of U.S. Shipments

As of July 8, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has implemented new import compliance requirements for children's products entering the United States.

These new regulations require additional electronic certification and compliance documentation to be submitted before products can be imported into the U.S. While we work closely with our manufacturers, suppliers, and customs partners to ensure every product meets these new requirements, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause shipments to the United States.

As a small family-owned Canadian business, the safety of the products we sell and compliance with all regulations are our highest priorities. Rather than risk delays, customs holds, or shipments being refused entry, we believe it is best to temporarily suspend U.S. shipping until the new import procedures have been fully implemented.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. We are working diligently to resume shipping to our U.S. customers as quickly as possible and will provide updates as they become available.

U.S. Shipping Policy - reminder for orders placed prior to Jul. 8, 2026

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to U.S. import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs charges. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and/or the shipping carrier and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If you refuse delivery of your order or fail to pay the required import charges, and the shipment is returned to us, the following will apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any return shipping charges, brokerage fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred as a result of the refused shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We encourage customers to review applicable import regulations and potential charges before completing their purchase.
